I have been honored by the University of Rochester International Theatre Program with the Outstanding Performance Award for my work as Theresa in Circle Mirror Transformation directed by Pirronne Yousefzadeh. The award was given jointly to the entire five-member ensemble. I had a wonderful time working on this production and with the entire cast and crew, as CMT is one of my favorite plays of all time. It is overwhelming to be so highly acknowledged for all of the hard work and energy we poured into this show. Check out photos from the December 2016 production here!
I am so pleased to announce that I will be returning to the Saratoga Shakespeare Company in my hometown Saratoga Springs, NY as an Acting Intern in the Young Theatre Professional Company! I will be performing in the YTPC's Shakespeare for All touring production of Twelfth Night directed by Douglas Seldin as well as the professional production of A Midsummer Night's Dream directed by Wesley Broulik.
Saratoga Shakespeare Company is the only theatre company in New York's Capital District that presents free Shakespeare to the public, and it is Saratoga Springs's longest running professional theatre company, now entering its seventeenth season. A Midsummer Night's Dream runs from Tuesday, July 19 to Saturday, July 29 at 6pm nightly on the Alfred Z. Solomon Stage in Congress Park. Performance dates and times for Twelfth Night are to be determined. Stay tuned for more details!
